The heart-topped gelato cone is a recurring symbol of remembrance in Trinx’s Dolce Amore collection, conceived as a tribute to her late father and his Italian gelato business.

About Amity

Amity Trinx works in painting, sculpture and digital animation from her studio in New York. She was born in France and grew up in France and Italy. Memories of people and places, and the emotions surrounding love and loss, inform her work.

Trinx is an artist-in-residence in CO-CREATE at The IMC Lab, developing work across physical and digital media.
